The service department has it's good days and not so good days. If you want superior service, ask for Jason Smith. He knows how to do customer service and listens to you. He talks to you and not at you.

My dad is a disabled Army Veteran. He bought his Honda 8 years ago from then Southwest Honda now Brown. He had trouble on Friday not to long before they closed. They helped him get his car to the dealership, brought him home, and had his car fixed before noon today (Saturday)! They even came and picked him up to take him to the dealership to get his car.
